Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

After an adventurous beginning with EA customer support, I managed to get back my Island Paradise key (actually, a replacement one), and I'll be able to start working on "Who Keeps Sending These?".
