It's really the achievement that takes the longest, but it's feasible if you have 100+ friends, and you upload regularly when they're online. "Recommending" your own items also helps, as they count as normal "Recommendations", and even if you delete one of your items, you get to keep the "Recommendations".
Last step, assuming they ever fix the "Featured" section of the upload: The Featured Member achievement
