Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Well, they did purge "The Exchange" archives last year... At the moment, you got 39 items left out of 102 creations. Your oldest uploaded "item" is a sim: thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=6953598

This said, I'm jealous about your hotel casinos! I've been planing on building one too, bu got my share of bugs in the process!
