Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

@Thrippa I didn't load recolours to the Exchange and also turned off memories when I got the achievements. The only time my Sims get memories now is if I start a new Sims 3 folder and forget to turn them off. That doesn't happen often and gets fixed ASAP.
