Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Hi @Lexer615 hope you are well. I've tried the Seeker of Signs achievement with two different games now and it won't seem to trigger. Have you heard if this on is glitched or not? Thanks. <3
