Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

I'm working on checking if other badges will trigger. But I don't have many easy ones left. I did just reinstall the game so it could be something I did during installing.

Are the sims in your new game brand new or from your Library? If from your library, could you start a new game with 8 brand new nonoccult young adults, have them join the career, and then ask them the signs?
