Edit: I went back to me Decembre 2016 post and that's what I did... I first installed Basegame, then patched it, then had to patched it again up to the same update as
Island Paradise (1.55.XXX,

thesims3.com/game/patches/-445044654), and managed to get "Nice Arm!". I eventually also installed
IP and got "Who keeps sending these?" too.
