Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

I know what you mean; I took a class this summer, and I got some some catching up to do on cleaning up my place and minor fixes and repairs here and there...
