All the family is human; I added the Gypsy wagon to Sunset Valley. I then pulled out my laptop with the base game + IP +pre-ITF patch and added Supernatural to it. Created a Family-Oriented human, but on a hunch, dropped her into Moonlight Falls. Got the job and went and talked to 7 people (two turned out to be teens, so couldn't ask sign) following the pattern above. Fifth adult - popped the Badge. On review of the relationship panel, two of the adults were NOT human, so the badge did not originally balk at werewolves, witches, etc. This was an easy badge to get prior to Into the Future; I think it may be unobtainable post ITF patch.
Not sure about it, as I think I got it at least a year after ITF patch... However, there seems to be an issue but I did not experience it myself...
