Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Alright. Are there any known issues with the Sturgeon Surgeon badge? My sim is a Trauma Surgeon at work, and I had him prepare Sushi for dinner. It was "great" quality, but no badge. I had him try again the next day and he made sushi 5 more times, with the last one being "excellent" quality, and still no badge.

Any thoughts?
