Any good photo album style program for Sims 3 screenshots? How do you organize screenshots?

Hi, all! Does anybody know of a good and free photo album style program for Sims 3 screenshots? I want only basic functions: to separate pictures from different families, to add descriptions to pic...

Like @thuggishsplicer I use the album feature on Flickr. Unfortunately, it's not free, but I didn't relish the idea of reuploading and linking images in my many threads in Stories and Legacies so paying was easier.
