Babsons Parking Meter

Can someone tell me where, in all the buy/build stuff, I can find this parking meter? I found it once before but now even when I click on it in a Roaring Heights lot and it brings up Community lot objects misc, it's not in there. I want to create a downtown parking lot in Bridgeport.

Quick Google tells me it's in the buydebug section of the pack. Mayhaps try there.

Thank you, I never looked there, never even thought it would be under "debug".

Thanks again, it was there. (And I did google it, lol, but nothing came up about where to find the things).
