Borked Portrait Panel Pic

I have had the portrait panel make less than accurate representations of my Sims. I don't know what causes it to happen but, in my case I just rode it out thinking whatever was happening would correct itself and, after a bit it did. It didn't have any effect on my game or save and was more a visual nuisance than anything else, but otherwise harmless.
