@coco is the only one seeing what I am seeing.Looks like your portrait panel is recognizing vanilla game skin and is very noticable from the almost pudding eyes.
@Mikezumi My thought somehow the portrait panel is not recognizing your skin.Try exiting game clearing "simcompositor cache.Package" and "compositorcache.Package" then relaunch.
