Wouldn't know for sure without seeing some logs, but the last time I saw your DeviceConfig it was pretty clear that you were going to run into RAM (memory) issues eventually because you current system doen't have enough. At the time the game was starting up for you (then), there was only 2.8 GB free for it to work with (out of 6 GB total). As things get closer to using up all the physical RAM, programs start using virtual memory also called "paging." TS3 is not stable when relying upon virtual memory.
ErrorTrap does not cause players' game to crash, It tries to "trap" and report on errors that might otherwise cause a crash, but it isn't always going to be successful. ErrorTrap can't do anything about limited resources and some mods and forms of "bad CC" are going to be beyond its reach to be helpful.
Reinstalling the game replaces its Program Files and usually doesn't accomplish anything since these do not change over time. Your added content like TSR CC is in your TS3 user game folder in Documents, not in your program files. If you want to try a fresh start, also called a factory reset, the better procedure would be to pull out or rename your TS3 user game folder in Documents so that a new one with no content added will spawn to take its place on the next attempted startup. Your content, mods, and saved games won't be there, but they will all be safe back in the pulled out or renamed folder.
