Yeah! I get 5293- that's crazy. So it is worth more than 3x it's SP cost. I wonder if that holds true for all the venues that are in compilations.

Yep, the "value" of venues has been a topic of discussion ever since CYS was introduced. As I recall,
a long time ago, like @Reachsims I only owned the Cinema but got the March 2013 compilation for free. And, I think, I only had the Greenhouse and got the Best of 2012 for free as well. But
that was a long time ago and prices have changed since!
However the Regency Arcade has been contentious for quite some time, possibly due to changes in valuation 'behind the scenes' and around this time last year there was quite a discussion about it - you can see a summary of our original calculations on the
old DD info page.
It would be really interesting to see if anyone can provide some good figures that will allow it's true value to be worked out.
