Yeah! I get 5293- that's crazy. So it is worth more than 3x it's SP cost. I wonder if that holds true for all the venues that are in compilations.

Yep, the "value" of venues has been a topic of discussion ever since CYS was introduced. As I recall, a long time ago, like @Reachsims I only owned the Cinema but got the March 2013 compilation for free. And, I think, I only had the Greenhouse and got the Best of 2012 for free as well. But that was a long time ago and prices have changed since!
However the Regency Arcade has been contentious for quite some time, possibly due to changes in valuation 'behind the scenes' and around this time last year there was quite a discussion about it - you can see a summary of our original calculations on the old DD info page.
It would be really interesting to see if anyone can provide some good figures that will allow it's true value to be worked out.
Yes- I am so excited that the DD rotates again. I believe it is safe to assume it will rotate until they announce they're closing the store.
It looks like the Cinema is enough to give you March 2013 for free, which means it's worth at least 155% of its value. The Casino gives you Up the Ante, which means it's worth at least 170% of its value. And thanks to @Nekto we were able to calculate that the greenhouse is currently worth 5,293 sp (310% of it's value), which leaves you roughly 500 sp short on Best of 2012. And @calents just shared their current info on the Arcade, which looks like it is valued at 2061 sp (only 122%). I just love that we were able to suss all this out!
