If you could list the mod versions, maybe we could figure out whether any of them are out of date. Or, I guess, you could wait for the new site to be fully functional and just download new versions of everything.
Of course, if you want to be thorough, you could try playing for a bit in Sunset Valley or Riverview with no mods at all, just to make sure your game still runs properly.
