Crash and Error when trying to load a save

so i'm home, I took out all nraas mods except debug enabler,dreamer,errortrap, master controller + moduels,overwatch,register,realitivity,story progression base mod only,tempest , traffic, and the one W mod that we cannot talk about + its moduels and it still crashed

EDIT: crash report says the script error is saying this
