but when you find an island the lot on it is automatically yours.

I think the best paying job is not having a job at all. You can rake in major money being a university student. Then you can make tons doing work for the bistro as a scuba diver, especially if you have the opportunistic lifetime reward. Two eels = over 16k without opportunistic and over 32k with it.

If you really want to hold a job, though, any of them pay well if you have the associated degree, especially if you graduated with an A.

But it's true, once you find an island, it's yours. You don't need to buy it.

I found being a Lvl 10 singer and using the subway to play for tips is easy money around $3000 a day.

Collecting Tiberium and letting it grow can also giving masses of money you can earn about $40000!!

The diving jobs pay good. Find fish and other marine life and sell them to earn money. All So street art pays pretty good. $1000+ per job.

with completing university the science and medicine careers pay a lot. starting wage is 290/hr

if you get the resort up it can give you 5000 a day.... but ofcourse that will require some investment.

when your streetart skill gets great enough it can pay very well to as opertunities ...... 1000 pr... + the random (and small tips) but when you have made enough master pieces you don't get busted by the police.

but diving combined with a collection helper really works wonderes.

Level 10 singer, acrobat or magician tend to make between 20,000 to 40,000 per gig.

I have a household who has one of each and man when all three have gigs on the same night the simoleons coming rushing in :mrgreen:

I skimmed so idk if anyone mentioned, but farming full time is quite lucrative. You can plant the most expensive veggies/fruit, harvest, and sell them. You can make thousands several times a week, especially if you play a faerie.

Other than that, showtime gigs pay like 25k a pop, and after that the medical career makes 9k or so a week plus a couple thousand per hourly clinic job you get (the vaccination/diagnosis things that came with Ambitions).

I play a faerie gardener who is a world renowned surgeon, and I rake in like 50k a week if I sell all the plants. I grow life fruits, flame fruits, etc.

Military level 10 pays well but you only work 1 day a week, leaving you the rest of the week for other money making schemes.
