Did anyone get a Sims 3 download that's available for Mac Users?
I have it in my Origin, but don't have a Mac computer. Why would Origin put Sims 3 for Mac on a Windows10 computer?

They wouldn't. The new entry in Origin won't do anything for Windows users. Origin is cross-platform on the EA end, so it should be fine to see entries for things that do not apply to your operating system and those can just be ignored.
