- LadyGray0112 years agoSeasoned AceI don't make them with anything in mind, I just take my cues from their behavior. Usually prom is when they kinda decide for themselves. I've had Sims fall in love with Sims of the same or opposite sex randomly there. If they still don't have a romantic interest when they hit adulthood, then I just hook them up with whoever their closest friend is.
- My heir is always straight but siblings are what they are. Sometimes gay. Sometimes straight.
- I have a couple in my game right now, they are gay :3
Minty and Ayesha (the game decided that Ayesha is actually bi)
They have twin gIrls. - blunote0012 years agoSeasoned AceI've not made my sims gay/lesbian. However, I have a few games where I do play sim couples that are either gay or lesbian. I don't mind I just roll with it and it's all good.
- LaBlue031412 years agoSeasoned AceI have never created any sim to be Gay/Lesbian, but I have had some in my game in the past.
One was this. I had a sim who got married later in life. They decided to adopt their first baby. When that baby grew up, and moved out. She fell in love and got with Thorton Wolff's daughter in Sunset Valley. This was all because of EA's Story Progression.
And the only others were in Barnacle Bay, I would always see sims of the same sex cuddling on the benches.
I am now playing with the NRaas Story Progression mod. With this mod, your sim can ask anyone what their preference is Straight, Bi, or the others. Most of the time I will get Strait as an answer, but on occasion I will get one that says Bi. In Sunset Valley my sim met and eventually married a man by the name of Leighton Sekemoto. They both had the Life Time wish of raising the 5 children, and that was the main reason they got together. When she asked him what his preferences were, and he told her that he was Bi. But I believe that he leaned more towards being gay because he was always rolling wishes to find out about other men's signs, never the females. I never did anything to influence him, outside of him and his wife and all their babies.
Oh yes I almost forgot, but Sebastian Striker in Bridgeport, when he grows up, he always ends up being gay if I'm playing him. Also Bronson Littler says that he is Bi when asked as well, at least in my games he is. - Stormyweather4312 years agoSeasoned AceNope I don't. I prefer straight sims.
- All the main sims I play are gay. Their children who eventually move out of the house can be anything.
- I try to be diverse in my simworlds, if i am not playing LGBT sims at the time there are at least a few of them in my town, with SP mod i set the ratio to be 34% same sex preference. Feels more realistic that way. This is of course reflective of me in RL , when i was younger i was active in the local LGBT community as much as I could be, but then life happened and i ended up in a very different relationship and lifestyle than i imagined myself..now i guess some of what i miss leaves me with a longing that i fill in Sims, which results in a 1/3 maybe slightly more of my saves currently having gay/trans* sims.(as the main toons)
I try to play diverse in ethnicity , though im not too great at that, as well body types, all sorts of sims in my town....but i tend to gravitate toward gay families a lot. I always have used adoption for them but now with ITF I will have to have a go at some genetic engineering. krimsonnox wrote:

Actually, about half my sims are gay/Lesbian. I don't intend them to be that way, I just let them love who they want.
