The first one, I'm not sure I trust that site.It seems a little weird and is in completely foreign languge.
Plus there's no expansion called "student life" just university. The second one is beautiful and is close to what I want, I don't think it's meant to be played in or lived in for long periods though, just more for photos.But I bookmarked it.
