Hey guys, I thought I'd make this probably weeks in advance as I'll be out of town later this month, and I also want to see builds by multiple players up to the release and after of Dragon Valley later this month.

Something new I will also add to the next post is a list of Building Tutorials that any simmer that creates/showcase to help players get into the spirit and inspiration of building lots in Tudor/Medieval/Fantasy style and also other tutorials that are beneficial to this world. I hope you guys utilize this thread like the past threads.

Please remember to post whether or not your creation has custom content or not.
Custom Content includes: 3rd Party Content not made by the Store Team and Custom Patterns

Your creations can be the following:

- New Homes

- New Venues and Community Lots
- Redesigned Homes and Venues
- Additional Sims
- Revamped Sims
- Pets
- Reviews

Please limit screenshots to 5 to 6 images per post. If you have more, I strongly recommend posting a slideshow. Also, please do not quote other player's images as it creates a huge post and clutters up space in the thread.

I just finished this house, 5 bedrooms 2 bath, built on lot 88 Deidre Dr in Dragon Valley size 40 x 40, has chicken coop and stable out back, pond has frogs and some fishes, upstairs hidden room for witches or anyone, has only store content and some patterns that I made

I made a lot for the supernaturals or "elves" of Dragon Valley

The arboretum and Vault of Antiquity are both on this lot
It has all the supernatural plants, as well as the more magical plants from the base game, including money trees, flame fruit, life fruit and death flowers. Also has plasma fruit, just because.
The small pond has rare fish spawners in it, including death fish and dragon fish
Their are spawners across the lot for insects, gems/metals, and small pets

Hi cherid87120 the funny dressed Elf is 'Quinn Flanagan' I made him over and he is now 'Danny Flanagan' he is on the first page of this Forum, he is a nice sim just odd looking and so is his house inside Lol.

Port Dragon Valley is a 54 x 60 lot made to go right along the coast on the Loch side of the map. You may have to delete the small 30 x 30 lot on the road to make this fit right. But I think its worth it. I dropped down 4 10 x 15 lots in the open space left over to build small dockworker and sailor houses. For now, the lot is decorated only on the outside. I plan to upload a second version with a tavern and some stuff to do as well.

I did use a custom wall made to match the barn walls, but it is not included the sims3pack, so you may have to replace a small section of wall covering.
