I have a small build that is on a 25 X 25 lot. Actually my first upload to the exchange. It's a small home meant for 1 or 2 Sims of humble living.
It has one bedroom and one bathroom, kitchen and living area. There is a small garden of harvestables in front with a beekeeping box and chicken coop. Also a stable for one horse. This lot is CC free.
