I have followed your instructions however there is no Installshield folder under common files. In fact, there is no folder called installshield anywhere in my computer according to the search program. What does that mean? Any ideas?
well this generally mean's from your currently saying is you are running a 64 bit which naturally based on the search in the
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ coming up with nothing in that folder representing the searched item, so in that case the search should be for x64 users
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ and that should find the folder \installsheild easily
