Exchange sims downloading but not appearing in game?

I've had this issue for a long time and I'm wondering if anyone has a solution for it? I've downloaded 20+ sims from the exchange, and they go into the game launcher and I install them and then they g...

@Onverser You’re downloading sims from the exchange and installing them directly into your game?! You’re brave. Anyway, did Karritz suggestion fix it? Cause there’s a couple other things you can try if it didn’t.
