I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. Sadly, no change. Any other ideas?
If uninstalling origin and uninstalling and reinstalling the ep does not work I would contact ea directly they may need to fix your account. Some people are having problems with the 1.69 patch and having eps show up in the launcher. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
