Sims 3 Question Help

They finish school when they have a birthday and turn in to young adults. Their graduation ceremony will be the following Sunday I think.

I waited until sunday when she I aged up 1 sim on maybe wednesday thursday or friday and still no graduation ceremony?

ymbcdriqlpzh​  To make sure, do you have Generations installed, and is it loading?  The graduation ceremony itself comes with that expansion.  Otherwise, sims age up into young adults and move on without any special event.

ymbcdriqlpzh​  Right, if you don't own Generations, or you own it but it's not installed and loading, your sims won't have a graduation.  They'll just be young adults and be able to get jobs rather than going to school every day.

I receive a pop-up notification informing me that x number of Sims are graduating and asking if I would like to hold the ceremony that day. I think it shows up sometime after midnight. If you click 'no' by accident, it should remind you again in a few days. My last graduation ceremony was held on a Friday, and everyone received a paid day off to attend.
