Extract Memories?
Is it possible to extract memories from the game to be able to view them outside of the game? Memories from sims' scrapbooks. As well as the text? How is it done please?

No, they are compressed and not in an easy (or even possible) to reach location in the saved game nhd file, with the pictures associated with the scrapbook memories possibly also represented within the save's TravelDB file. The Program Files do not change throughout game usage unless the game is being patched or new EP/SPs are added.
