Finally giving Sims 3 a go
So, I've been feeling depressed lately with the bad stuff going on with Sims 4, so today I decided that what the plum, I might aswell try Sims 3 out.
I wanted to be sure everything would work, so I had to do research first, and I already knew I needed a couple of mods and stuff, but then I loaded the game, and I started in twinbrook, which looks really cozy and stuff. There's some getting used to parts of the UI, and how it works, but I did try it out years ago even though I don't remember that much.
Anyway, as a Sims 3 noob - is there anything I should try out or do anyone have any ideas for things to do? It's kinda overwhelming. I got most of the packs. LOL Don't get stuff when you're feeling depressed. :D :s
I already lost half a day from just making my first sim and building a house. Haven't happened since I played Sims 2 back in the day. I actually lost track of time!
