Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwiches

I don't know what's going on with the mod, so I can't help you there, sorry. But I do know my sims have been able to make Fried Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches since the patch that introduced it, despite my never actually having played with Showtime installed. I didn't even own it until relatively recently. It's a lunch-only recipe that uses... nothing, I think. The ingredient space in the recipe list is blank, and I'm pretty sure my sims have never used a different ingredient instead of the bananas they don't have.

I always thought it was funny that a master chef could make a perfect version of this recipe too, since the recipe itself isn't amazing quality and they can't use perfect produce to boost the quality.
