No, it's definitely made by someone a lot more talented than anyone working for EA. It might be one of those fabulous Asian hair artists. Either that or it's a conversion. If you ever find out, I'd love to know because I've gotten a few requests about that hair. It's definitely CC. I just can't find it in my package files.
