Getting twins without the Fertility Treatment reward?

Does anyone know if our sims can have twins without buying the Fertility Treatment lifetime reward? I try not to buy it because than if my sims have babies, they always pop out twins or triplets and w...

So did mine :shock: Must be something in the wate at Goth manor,only mine were all boys :shock:
