1) Rabbithole doors/rugs are in package form = THEY DO NOT TRANSFER
2) If you don't download them of course you'll be able to play the world but you'll be missing almost all of the rabbit holes = you won't have some careers and/or services. For example you won't have a city hall
3) Rabbithole doors/rugs are PERFECTLY SAFE CC. Seriously. I have them, I've had them for years. Never a problem or a crash.
