ScarlettLuffsU - The world does rely quite heavily on World Adventures. Certain critical features (such as the bridges) are made using WA elements. I'm afraid I wouldn't advise downloading the world without WA installed.
CynMorally - There is no fully flat 64x64 lot in this world. When I was landscaping for lots Pets had not been announced so I made no equestrian-friendly lots.
That said, there are numerous empty lots. If you are fine with the custom rabbit hole doors then this equestrian door may be of appeal: http://customsims3.com/forums/thread-967.html
