junceda - Your world's save file is at C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves

This folder contains all the save files for your worlds, which will be named whatever you called them in the game. Next you should compress the save file you want to use (right click on it and choose "compress" or "add to archive").

Then you just need to follow Illyianna2005's advice above for your save file and you should have a save file uploaded :)
