I wasn't focusing on it's flaws (but it did/does have them, so ignoring that doesn't do anything). I was including Nraas because they have done a LOT to help simmers enjoy the game. And it's the (dedicated, awesome, thoughtful, and kind) TS3 fanbase who worked with/ through Nraas, and provided a greater experience. :)
