Do you have the mod that removes the pixels when sims are naked? If you do, you may need to update it for your latest EP/SP. It's the usual culprit for visual issues.
If you don't have that mod , have you tried updating your GC driver's?
No mods, and no CC. I just updated my NVidia GeForce GTX 460 SE (I knew I had a pending update), and still nothing. I guess I shall have to try uninstalling all store content and install Hidden Springs first. Thank you, Gemini!
