But I have never exercised that right and there must be a mistake on your part. Getting hacked is very avoidable.

Don't leave Facebook connected
Don't link your account to a guest account on an emulator
Don't try to buy/sell accounts
Use a strong, complex password for you google/ios account.

I Already contact support, and they told me that the account was “forgotten” and they couldn’t do anything. They told me to contact CG_LucifersDaddy he is the only hope but he doesn’t answer.

Contact EA Help over and over again. And if they tell you they cant help you, say yes they can and they have done so on previous cases.
Also its theier mess they made and theier fault. So theier responsability to fix it

No, i dont share my account. I have it on my iphone and ipad only. And when it happens i had my two devices with me. I enter normally to do tickets and half hour later i enter again and it was gone :(
