Help Find This Challenge Please

Years ago I think it must have been some kind of Legacy challenge, the couple would get a small plot of land and build a house (allowed only so many squire feet for this), have children and raise without smart milk etc. The heir would move on to a bigger piece of land and a few more squire feet of house. Anyone can help me find that challenge I would apreciate it.
