Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

So, I already have Sims 3 on the EA App, but it hasn't been updated automatically as EA claims it should be. I felt like I've tried everything possible, but I literally cannot figure out anything - I've tried multiple articles, pages and whatnot, even tried their AI chatbot, which was utterly useless.

Do you guys know how I can get my version updated?
