- I hope I still have it on my PC, bookmarked... I’ll have a look and let you know!
- karritzSeasoned NoviceYou can use triggers to get them to start but I've only looked at that briefly. Never tried to actually get them to work.

Thank you!"Karritz;c-17096331" wrote:

I briefly looked into the triggers portion on the menu but I got a bit intimidated seeing all of that and I really didn’t want to mess up anything on my lot on accident :D
I might have to look more into that as well to see if anything would work. Thank you for the input!- It's sure advisable to test things in a seperate save (or save before you start trying things out, so that you can quit without saving if necessary). I was trying out arrows at one time and one of them wouldn't go away anymore, not even after removing the entire emitter.
I used a series of videos that were very helpful (because the effects are shown). You'll find the links to them here. Leaves should be in 3 of them. There's also this site, where you can download a list. I find the code ep8fallingleaves in there, have you tried that one? And just leaves, and oakleaf and pearaspenleaf (whatever that means) "JoAnne65;c-17096516" wrote:

Ah, turns out that’s the same list I was using. But the info from SimEve will definitely come in handy!
Thanks for those codes! I’ll check them out when I go into game again. The ep8fallingleaves code is the one I’ve been using that only works once but the other three I haven’t tried out. Fingers crossed one of them might be a continuous loop!
Thanks you for your help! I really appreciate it :)- @JoAnne65
Out of all the codes you gave me (thank you for that, btw!) the leaves one is the only continuous loop that has falling leaves. I did try the ep8fallingleaves code and adding loop at the end but it didn't work, sadly.
However, the leaves code works perfectly! I even made a gif that shows the leaves falling. I adore the lovely effect it gives to the cemetery I'm working on <3
https://66.media.tumblr.com/8e98f4ea3777e0829e900aa7affb700a/tumblr_inline_pst1v8REWD1vhkp6x_540.gif - I think some effects are supposed to be on loop, those are marked "continous". If ever someone knows how to modify an existing effect, I'm interested, too...
- I played around with the fog emitter when I created a tomb for Rflong’s world and found a website with all the codes. I believe the sort of thing you’re referring to is in those codes (different codes for the same effect). I presume you do use a site for the codes, but maybe you don’t have all of them?
- I have a code list from the Sims Wikia that gave the emitter codes from the World Adventures to Into the Future.
You might be right, @JoAnne65 that I may not have them all. So there are codes that differentiate from a single play to a continuous loop?
I want to have a falling leaf effect and I tried it using the code from Seasons ep8fallingleaves but as I mentioned already, it only does the interaction once and stops. I’ve looked through the other leaf effects on the list and tried a couple but they only played once as well :/
Edited to add
Do you mind giving me the list you have? It sounds as though it might be a more comprehensive list than the one I found. I’d appreciate it! :) - You're welcome  You could of course try and copy part of a code from an animation that is continuous. Just to see if it works. For example, I found:
- a_snowballfight_idleloop5_x_snowdeep_r_footctrl
- a_snowballfight_idlestart_x_snowdeep_l_footctrl
- a_snowballfight_idlestop_x_snowdeep_l_footctrl
I haven't tested it, but it seems to me that's the same thing, but with a different setting so to speak. You could try if adding _loop works. Or _loop01. Or without the underscore, like in:- ep2smashmedium
- ep2smashmediumloop
- ep2smashsmall
- ep2smashsmallloop
Or is that what you already did? - a_snowballfight_idleloop5_x_snowdeep_r_footctrl
