How do you upload a world in-game

I've seen post mentioning how to upload worlds from within Create-a-World. However, I recall being able to upload from in-game, which is what I need to do. It would also make sense that you would be able to do that as I've seen populated worlds on the Exchange. I just can't remember how to upload from within the game. I would appreciate any help, please.

    Hi :)

No, we can't upload worlds from in game.
Populated worlds are made with mods to add Sims in EIG with CAW. It's not something EA added to CAW.

You can shared a populated save of the world and upload the world with the Launcher (or upload them to a 3rd party site).

@Rflong7 Thank you, it's something that I had been working on for my friend. I wanted to run some test so put it in game, and built some extra stuff while it was in the game. I would like to give it to her with the building included. I thought uploading it to the exchange would be a simple way of going about it.
Would you have any ideal how I could either upload everything, or at least share the stuff with her? I hope I'm not bothering you.

    You're not bothering me. :)

Upload or share the world with her and then you can share the save file of the world you built up.
You'll have to package the save file - I use 7zip- and upload it to a 3rd party site, such as Mediafire.

Or, if you're only adding some lots, you can upload the lots you added and then can download the world and add your extra lots.

You could also add the new lots in EIG through CAW then upload it to the Exchange. :)
