How To Install Store Items

ok. I've found all of my backup files from my last go round. Unfortunately the wayback machine didn't seem to archive every single page of comments, so I'm probably going to ask questions that I myself have even asked before...

Can I just delete the files in my current dcCache folder and replace it with my clean back up from I initially installed all my store content? Or do I need to reinstall everything since a few things have uninstalled...? I can't find the MultiTab or the Prius, so who knows what else may have disappeared...

Here is what I have a backup of :

• dcBackup - I have a copy of the final ccmerged file, and then folders containing the package files that I organized as: pattern items, worlds, venues, individual items, sets, reg rewards and free sets...
  
• dcCache- I have a master copy of the final dcCache file. And I also I have a copy of each individually numbered dcCache in its own folder, and the folder tells me what I installed on that particularly dcCache.
  
• Downloads- which has all the .Sims3pack files
  
• a folder that has the package file for the Sandy Shoals library item, though honestly I can't remember why
  
• and the same for a Villa Pariso library item.
  

Anyone have any thoughts on what I should do? It's been so long since I messed around with this stuff, I am feeling unsure of myself.
