- I don't have Catalina yet, still on Mojave on one Mac and (yikes) High Sierra on another, so my System Prefs aren't going to look the same. But yes, Catalina has added a lot of privacy controls that can take users by surprise -- the biggest annoyance is online meeting systems like Zoom and its competitors suddenly being blocked until the user figures out why. But I can see why Apple did this and I am sure it's fine to allow Origin and EA access. There has to be level of trust established as we work with other parties known to us, generally. :)
- caprice8125 years agoSeasoned AceThank you so much @igazor for your advice. I did go ahead and allow Origin and EA access. I don't know anything about Zoom or anything like that, so they can remain blocked, lol.
