I personally use this lifespan setup (I also play on half speed with relativity):
Baby: 1 day.
Toddler: 10 days.
Child: 15 days.
Teen: 30 days.
Young Adult: 60 days.
Adult: 55 days.
Elder: 36 days.
I like it to pan out like this:
-My sim has a child at the beginning of young adulthood. Let's say she has the child 10 days in. That would make her 66 days old.
-By the time her child is a young adult themselves, their mother (who had them quite young) would still be fairly young herself at 49 days left in adulthood.
-By the time her child is an adult themselves, their mother would be understandably older having now reached her elderly years.
And I like to mess with my sims's appearances to add some age nuances. Some of my child sims will reflect being older than they were at the beginning of their lifestage by acting and looking a bit more mature as they reach their teen years. Likewise, I don't think someone just entering the elder lifestage should look like they're 90 years old with one foot in the grave  , so I keep their hair color (though add some grays) and use some sliders to fix their posture a bit until I think they're long enough in to start looking much older.
My length might seem short to some, but it's perfect for my taste. I get too impatient if my sims live too long and I feel unfulfilled if my sims live too short a life. I believe I found a good middle ground for myself, but of course other users might not like it.
I actually think my lifespan and your experimental one are pretty similar, though, so I'd say yours is pretty close to being as proportionate as I believe mine is.
