In the end there is Love Part 3:
Rowan decided to make the best of his alone time since Rosie had gone who knows where with her mother. He explored the hotel grounds and found a chess set, he played by himself..signing loudly wishing he had a partner to play with.

He also discovered an empty room and spent the rest of the day playing with Mr. Boo Boo Bear by himself, he was lonely but tried to make the best of it.

At one point Rowan decided to change back into his doll form...he was doing that more and more often now since he tended to do it when he was sad....it muffled his emotions and made him forget the gut wrenching sadness.
"You're my only friend Mr. Boo Boo..." Rowan whispered into his bear's fuzzy ear.

Rowan found a pad of paper and a pencil stuffed in one of the bedside table drawers he decided to start writing down a story he had in his head, he had taught himself to read and write from some book in Rosie's old room. She said he was not allowed to go to school, that made Rowan mad, he was looking forward to school..Rosie seemed to love stomping on every dream Rowan could think up.

Julia told her daughter it was packing up time, they would be moving the next morning.

Luckily all the big furniture had been moved the day before by Jared and Connor. Julia did have to agree to go on a date with Connor as "payment" though, she didn't mind, he was a sweet guy.

Rosie checked out every nook and cranny of the house, she dubbed it "Cool!" it was huge and had 4 huge bedrooms, but she found the best thing ever on the top floor.
That night she found Rowan in one of the spare bedrooms and told him to follow her...he did as he was told.

She stood at the closed door and said...."By the way Rowan this door will be locked, I have both copies of the key so forget about trying to get out..I'll see you tomorrow."

Rowan was shocked, then crushed...he knew any dreams he had of a normal like as a real boy were over, he would most likely die of loneliness in this room. He felt so defeated..
