Is the exchange safe? What about The Sims Resource? What are some good cc sites?

So I heard that the Sims 3 exchange is the worst place to download from. But I really like the clothes,hair,etc.I don't download lots or Sims, because that is bad and i know that. But how bout the clo...

yeah i never used cc for sims 2 :oops: i didnt even know it existed until i got sims 3 and then a year later lol
