Is there a big city world that actually functions?

Wait until Late Night comes out. Maybe than they will add apartment buildings where more than one family can live. Otherwise its going to be hard to make a really good urban environment. I know that already some players have started creating urban worlds, but it won't be the best it can be until they add that ability.
